Every client of a FORMA member who purchases Monogram appliances through us receives one year of Luxury Appliance Support (LAS), included.

Your membership includes.

  • Use The Luxury Tree House for professional meetings, client presentations, and product selection conversations.

    Connect with fellow members through FORMA gatherings, introductions, and opportunities to collaborate.

  • A one-time $1,500 project credit. Apply your credit toward a quoted TLTH FORMA project.

    Earn 10% in TLTH Dollars on eligible referred housewares purchases. Redeem earned credits for cooking classes, events, and products.

    Earned housewares credits are issued when the order is paid and exclude taxes, shipping, and services. The separate, one-time $1,500 credit applies toward a quoted TLTH FORMA project.

  • TLTH FORMA projects receive complimentary photography with Alex Osorio, creating a record of the work and the people behind it.

    Selected projects have opportunities for features through FORMA, The Luxury Tree House, The House Edit, Monogram, and other vendors.

    Exceptional FORMA collaborators will be selected for a listing on the FORMA website, highlighting their work and contribution to the collective. Project features and public collaborator listings are selective.

  • Access exclusive FORMA training with vendors to deepen your product knowledge and support informed client recommendations.

    Give clients access to pre- and post-Monogram user education events.
