When you contact us, request a showroom visit, discuss a project or apply to FORMA, we receive the details you submit. These may include your name, email, phone number, business and project information, preferences and the contents of your message. We use them to respond, assess your request, prepare selections or proposals and manage our relationship with you.
If you place an order, information needed to handle that order may include contact, billing, delivery and purchase details. Payment information is handled through the payment service presented to you during payment. Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive identification documents through our inquiry forms.

Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited to operate the site and provide analytics.
