  • No dues. FORMA is invitation-only.
  • Housewares commission: 10% paid as TLTH Dollars for events, retail, or gifting; issued when the order is paid; excludes taxes/shipping/services.
  • $1,500 TLTH Event Credit issued as TLTH Dollars; applied to a single client event; date availability and standard event minimums apply.
  • Brand alignment: Where aligned with client needs, I will support/specify products represented at TLTH.
